   Easy to install and setup with multiple devices and users.

   No Subscription needed!  I like that you can either use a code fingerprint and in case of emergency a key to unlock the door. I do wish there was a different options to select what type of handle.  I like that the app allows you to set notifications and allows integration with the doorbell camera. It was easy to install and set up.  Each person has their own code and fingerprint to get in the door.

   Solid, Functional and Great Looking

   Solid, Functional and great looking. Lots of technology options to play with. A little disappointed that the fingerprint function is not more robust. Usually takes me about 3 tries to unlock with my thumb. Also wish there was a more straight forward manual way to lock from the inside. There is a privacy switch that must be toggled back to off, otherwise it will not open from the outside at all. I am thinking more of a deadbolt like function.I like the weight of this lock. Makes door feel more solid. Installation was fairly easy.I would recommend this.Probably going to get the S330 for the front door.

   Easy to use, might be the best smart lock on the market

   It just works! One of the big problems I had with the Ultraloq Ubolt I got for my old house is that it physically moves a deadbolt, which is loud and prone to jamming. This on the other hand is very clever: it has an internal disconnect when it’s locked, meaning try as you might, you can’t force the lever open. It also means that if the door is shut, the lock works! Solves 2 problems in one go: much quieter and much more reliable.I like using the fingerprint recognition and it’s ok–I would say about 70% of the time but you can just retry it quickly. Maybe I’ll redo the fingerprint profile. Everyone else likes to use their special codes and I can see who’s coming in based on that access system.Also, it was amazingly simple to install even for me, who has a moderate brain injury. They included simple instructions and short videos for whichever way you want to learn, but I could figure it out simply by looking at the included pictures and sticking it together: it’s that easy.I’ve only had it in for a week, but my friends and family think it’s really cool.

   Updated 7/6/25: Worked fine around for one week and then failed.

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:The lock lasted around a week and then stopped working. I contacted customer support and the sent in the info they requested, their response was an AI generated generic response telling to try this and try that. This is the lock to my front door and instead of maybe having a real tech person diagnose the issue. I get a generic AI generated response. Instead of trying to get me a working door lock, I’ve almost a week with a faulty door lock and the best I can get from them is a generic response. We are force to use the key to open the door now as the electrical parts that engages the latch isn’t working. I have escalated my case through the provided link. Update: Anker/Eufy reached out to me and sent me a new smart lock. The new one is working and functioning correctly.Connectivity:I already have Eufy security cameras Functionality:My wife and I like the fingerprint unlock feature.

   Good with shipping quirks.

   Good product with some weird shipping quirks.I ordered a new one in black and it showed up with loose screws in the box and scratches on the handle. So I returned that unit and ordered a used like new one for $40 less than the new ones we’re going for. (If it’s going to show up scratched and with loose parts, I shouldn’t pay new prices) Funny thing is though that the used like new unit showed a delivery date of the next day. So I ordered it and went to track it the next day only to see that it was scheduled for delivery in TWO WEEKS! Weird, right?! So I go and ordered another one – same thing. Used like new delivered tomorrow, but when you go to place the order it says over 2 weeks to receive. Is there a glitch in the matrix?? Is this an Amazon thing or a Eufy thing? I’m confused. This was to be my second Eufy C33 lock and now I’m wondering what the problem is. The first one works great. I wish the instructions weren’t written with the smallest font ever, but that’s what the magnifying app is for I guess…

   Nice quality and feel. Great software.

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent quality smart lock. Instructions could be a bit better. Especially regarding using left/right mode and the screws to put in place on each side to make work. Software works great and lock has been reliable so far. Second one on the inside and we have the deadbolt model for front door that works great. Not sure why this one is so expensive though.

   Handy and sleek!

   Didn’t want the thumb reader, but honestly it’s so easy to use!!!! Was easy to instal. Only complaint is I wish in the app it allowed you to “copy” codes from one device to the other as a household of 7 it’s a pain to add EVERY persons code to the door.

   must reverse top and bottom

   The unit is very tall. Not possible to replace the door handle on the bottom and double lock on top. They will be reversed with the door handle on top with subsequent need to drill the holes the appropriate size.

   Convent and easy to install

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very convent to have the finger print lock as well as a code and the app. Very easy to install but the directions are very very tiny so a bit hard to read. Wish there was a pass through mode instead of the privacy mode since we will never use that but it would be good to be able to go in and out when the kids are visiting.

    just installed 2 of these on my shop and office and it was very easy and they work perfectly! very easy setup also!
