This Lock is a Great item, but if you have very hot or cold hands, the finger print may not able to read ur print:))as well: The camera will click picture only if the outside person will press the bell sign on the lock.

Amazing, excellent and comes with support in UAE
I can only say an excellent product and when I was stuck in changing the default password, I’ve contact Altixx on the WhatsApp number on their website and I got an amazing support from Nawaz who was more than professional and tought me everything that I need to do on the lock. It also works perfectly with Tuya mobile App for one time password and remote open. Recommended big time.

I got the Smart Lock last week. The app works perfectly well. It’s nice not having to use keys anymore. The fingerprint sensor is handy, and very quick. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and it feels secure
