Wanted another ps5 for the bedroom. Came 2 days faster than expected. Box was in great condition. Sparkling new ps5 slim and brand new controller. Also had the Fortnite code inside for the rewards!

Started off well but within days developed a fault where it shut down intermittently. Playstation helpline advised a return. Returned it and confirmed over a week ago and not heard anything. No refund, no replacement. Very poor service and now the unit is £80 more expensive. Feel completely cheated.

Christmas present for a 11yo. I am very pleased with the console, but there was no mention that ps5 will not let you change the age restrictions, and you need to be 12+ to claim the voucher for the Fortnite items. I guess that will now be a birthday present but it would have been nice to know as it added a bit of disappointment for an otherwise extremely happy boy. Hence losing one star in the review.
