Love everything about this computer and it’s held up perfectly so far for over a year! And since I bought it refurbished, I have extra features I normally wouldn’t invest in, such as backlit keyboard and touchscreen. Battery still holding strong. I highly recommend!

I am really upset with this laptop, and just had it set up at a significant cost to me. All of my apps, programs, files, pictures, and download, including tax and financial info and passcodes have been loaded and attached to this computer. After the setup, I learned this is Windows 11 which I specifically didn’t want. Also, I not only chose this laptop for Windows 10 Pro, but a backlit keyboard is an absolute necessity for me in order to use it. I am visually impaired so this keyboard doesn’t work for me because it isn’t backlit. The item description expressly stated that it has a Backlit keyboard. After great time and expense to me, I now have a laptop I can’t really use with all of my personal and financial information installed on it. I would have returned it immediately but trusted the seller’s description before I had this set up. This Laptop is almost useless to me and it is not as the seller described. I wanted, chose, and paid for Windows 10 Pro and a backlit keyboard. What do I do now? pay another $160 to have my personal and financial info removed from it so I can return it, also at my time and travel expense and significant inconvenience? This is truly a disappointment and trying to use this laptop is a nightmare. I don’t want this laptop. It is not what I ordered. I paid for the laptop. I paid for the setup. and now, to return it, I will have to pay to have my personal info uninstalled. This is outrageous.
