I bought 2 of them and i got disapointed with the embedded solar pannel that despite a direct exposure to the sun for more than 6h it does not refill the battery and you ll need external PV to use this outdoor.

Challenging for GCC Outdoor Weather
I keep getting notifications during the day that the device is overheating. It’s an outdoor device so I didn’t think it would have this problem. I guess the weather in the GCC is not suitable for this type of device.Also it keeps being low on battery. I’m not there to recharge it electrically now so it sort of defeats the purpose of it being charged via solar. It also does not move from side to side, only stationary, which I did not expect.Not too happy with the purchase.

Build-in solar panel is not charging the battery well!
Camera good but build-in solar panel not charging the battery well even though it’s exposed to direct sun most of the day! So I had to buy external solar panel for both cameras I bought. Which adding extra cost and extra work to install the panels.
