  • The dual cameras work together to offer 3x optical zoom and up to 8x digital zoom.

  • No. It does support Smart Displays using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, but currently doesn’t support HomeKit. Google Home is also not supported.

  • This depends on the video quality settings. When continuously recording at the highest resolution, it can record up to 120 hours (5 days) of footage. You can connect your camera to HomeBase 3 for additional storage.

  • When Privacy Mode is enabled, your camera will look away to fface a wall or wherever you set it to, then turn off and stop recording.

  • Al tracking adjusts the position of the camera to keep a target withinthe field of view, clearly and completely capturig entire events.

    Great camera but had few desirable things lacking

    Gives a great and clear view. Setup with homebase is a Breeze .Overall a very good product.The areas where it lacks are :- it claims to have a BioniqAI however there is no provision to make Notifications silent for known individuals or a group of known faces due to which the notifications can get overwhelming and will become annoying.- there is no provision to alert in case of unknown face only- the maximum one can snooze is 12 hours- sometimes you don’t want camera to snoop but there is no cap.- If there are 4 family members they cannot have their own login to access the camera. I know there is a share function but doesn’t work most time and camera keeps retrying. Only option is to share same login… which is not ideal… should have ability to specify specific email IDs for home access

    I love Eufy

    My door locks and cameras and home bases from Eufy. Very user friendly app and good picture quality. My gate phone from hikvision it’s a nightmare especially if you have to change wifi mesh. You cannot do anything without technician unlike Eufy.

    Video quality is good but..

    The product is great in terms of video quality, connectivity. The major flaw is the audio output cannot be played through a Bluetooth headset or device. When you are outside the audio will play through the speaker causing a disturbance for surrounding people.
