    Great Smartlock for a reasonable price

    Purchased the Y2000 Smartlock.- Lock is made of real good quality. Its heavy duty.- Its smart features are amazing and its very easy to setup. Just need to download the EZVIZ Mobile App. Fingerprint unlock works great and it also has other ways to unlock the door such as Wireless Remote Unlock, Bluetooth App unlock, Numpad unlock, Physical access cards and a physical key incase of battery failure.- Lock has a USB-C port which you can use to plug a powerbank incase the batteries die. The Mobile App shows the battery level so its very convenient.- I do not think its a DIY job unless you have the right set of tools to get the job done. I booked the installation through the seller, and they did an amazing job which also provides you with a 3 Y additional warranty.So far very happy with this smart lock.

    Beautiful, efficient and reliable lock. Excellent installation service.

    The door lock is exactly as advertised and registers and recognizes fingerprints very well without any delays. The battery life seems also be as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and speed of the installation by Jinโ€™s team. He took his time to explain to me how to use the app, keys and other features as well. One thing I am yet to figure to is find the list of users registered for the lock in the app. Am not sure why it shows a blank screen in the list of users.

    Not standard mortise

    Not a standard 6068 mortise it doesnโ€™t fit if you have the 6068 mortise already installed and the one from the box is not standard as well will not fit same holes you already have. Only for a new clean installation if you have a lock already it wonโ€™t fit.

    Was suspicious about the quality looking at the price. Cz other branded products are costing more than 1000. But still gave a try considering previous good review, and authorized installer providing 3 year warranty. What else needed.And the quality. Amazing product. Heavy duty aluminium body and all features working properly. The installation was super professional and the configuration also they did well. The application is also very user friendly. I am loving it.I would highly recommend it.Install only with authorized team as mentioned in description and avail extended warranty.
