I’ve been using the Panasonic steam iron for 8 months now, and overall, it’s been a great product. The build quality and performance are solid—it heats up quickly and glides smoothly over clothes. It’s a bit lighter in weight than I would prefer, as a slightly heavier iron might press out wrinkles more easily. The price is also a bit higher compared to other brands, but the quality makes up for it. So far, it’s been working very well and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Good product
Very good product, I recommended it. It’s practical, has the ideal weight to assist with ironing, and doesn’t stick to fabrics (so far). It’s very useful that it’s a steam iron, and the steam flow is good. However, it would have been helpful if it came with its own small pitcher for adding water.

Heats up with the speed of Light
This Panasonic steam iron heats up with the speed of light. As you turn it on, there you go. Best product. Quality is great. I purchased the better one in the maker comparatively. Though it was without packing. I don’t know why. It was in its original box. They saved packaging cost? That’s weird. Anyway overall speedy delivery and best product. Will purchase more.

In spite of the ‘Panasonic’ brand, the iron was defective from the startHad also bought extended warranty for the product.The water spray function did not work at all.Disappointed with Amazon for not maintaining quality of itemsSteam iron is not rocket science it’s not even an electronic device.Waste of time and money

Bad packaging
The iron box is in good working condition and looks fine. However, the outer packaging and product box were completely damaged during delivery. The product was luckily not harmed, but the poor packaging was disappointing. Needs improvement in handling and shipping.
