      Looks to be a good value 12kg washing machine, well made, no vibration and not noisey

      Washing machine was delivered in time, packaging was very good, original Hisense box, some styrofoam was damaged but the machine was undamaged.Box was nicely engineered and removable by January st lifting off the machine once the plastic ties were removed. Fitted the anti vibration panel on the bottom, connected water and power And ran the recommended short wash, no leaks, no vibration and very quiet even at 1400 rpm. Looks very nice and is well engineered, our first Chinese washing machine, previously a big fan of LG. Very happy so far

      Very bad choice and hurabil customer service

      Not recommended at all unfortunately I bought this model due to the price but I really upset the clothes not cleaning 😔 even take 4 hour to end the cycle. Any one read my comment pay more but take good qualities washing machine .

      “Great Washing Machine, But Seller Could Be More Helpful

      Great value for money! The washing machine is quiet and offers plenty of washing options. Overall, I’m very happy with its performance.However, the seller didn’t remove the four screws from the back during delivery, which caused excessive vibration during the spin cycle. I initially thought it was defective until a technician pointed out the issue.Aside from that, it’s a great purchase!
