When the admin is not registered, on the logo screen, the top left corner displays “[No
User]”. Press the “*” key , then press the “#”, the system will automatically to the main
menu, and the user can exit or perform other operations according to the voice guide.
Please note: After adding an administrator, you can operate the main menu.

Factory Mode
Keyboard input “888”, press “#” to confirm, when the door lock is in initialization
state, directly enter the factory settings menu. After adding users, administrator
verification is required before entering the factory settings menu:
Door Opening Direction [Left]: Choose between leftward opening or rightward
opening.

اختراع روعة متانة وجودة عالية لكن تحتاج الى جهاز اخر اسمه (بوابة( علشان تتحكم فيه من النت وعن بعد بالنسبة للبطارية استخدمته لمدة ٤ أشهر وباقي في البطارية ٧٥% يعمل مع تطبيق Ttlockانصح به وبشدة

So far so good. By the way you have to do heavy modification to your door structure or the door frame to fit this door lock but for me it was expected and I got all the tools needed. Just to let you know you very likely to be needing electric saw or grinder to cut some metal, welding machine, drill with self drilling screws. If you’re not comfortable doing all the work yourself you might need a technician.
