Lock is wrong does not fit
Lock has only one hole to pass the connecting rod of the handle part. The handle part has 2 connecting rod. One of the rod is blocked by the lock body, so could not installed, if seller can help me I can send the picture

It works perfectly, and I love the quality of the finish!
It was an amazing experience, I texted with the seller, they gave me some tips, and then I went ahead and installed it and configured it. WoW, I love it, love the finish, and love the way it’s so easily recognizes my fingerprint. I also love that I can open the door through Alexa!!!! It 100% added another smart capabality to my house, and this unit works with most kinds of doors and locks. Super highly recommended. P.S. Hire a good carpenter if you dunno what you’re doing, otherwise it’s a pity to damage it.

Screw provisions shown in video must exist on your door
Product is good but please make sure your door has all the provisions shown in the video otherwise you will have to make holes on the door and a technician will charge minimum 350 aed installation (UAE Byers)
