   Highly Recommend to Go Key Free

   I was very happy and positively surprised about the product quality at this price point.As a warning: the product size (17 cm) is different than the average size of locks (21 cm). So some adjustment to the door is required. The product comes with a number for a company you can call for installation, I used them at they were great. The app setup was pretty straight forward.The product itself is excellent. Very fast to open/lock. You get 4 different ways to open the door (Finger Print, Key Card, Numeric KeyPad & Manual key door). All 4 methods work extremely fast, and the door has an alarm if multiple wrong entries are used.The app controls the Lock and you can setup different time schedules, allow access codes to work from set periods of time (if you have a maid that visits and an installation service when you are not available).This model doesnt have internet access, but you can get a seperate unit add and control it remotely.The freedom this Smart Lock provides is something I’m enjoying daily. I never have to worry about locking myself outside.    Excellent locks with so many features, best decision ever!

   These locks are real value for money, the price is just perfect and there are so many features and ways to unlock it. The seller is also very responsive and answers and queries you might have. We personally use the fingerprint option, the batteries last a long time, you will have to change them approximately every 3 months or more according to the seller. Overall really impressed we have such a peace of mind having no keys it’s so easy to use the lock and leave the house. Everything is controlled via phone, the app is really well made and easy to use. There are also 2 failsafe emergency keys inside incase the battery runs out suddenly. Absolutely recommend this lock.

   Excellent Lock with One Annoying App Issue

   The smart lock itself is excellent — it has been working flawlessly for over a month now. It performs exactly as expected, and even the battery consumption is minimal, which is a big plus.The app also functions smoothly and reliably.The only drawback is the recent appearance of a long, annoying ad when using the remote unlock feature. This ad wasn’t there initially and it slows down access and makes it harder to confirm if the door was opened properly.It would be much better if the remote unlock feature worked instantly and without interruptions.

   Excellent Price and Quality Product Works with the Mobile App

   I havent installed the door locks but have tried and tested the application and usability of the product it works perfectly. I need to buy the device for connecting to the internet. You should buy this door lock. I could only remark is to add few more keys and access cards. 2 keys and 2 cards is not enough for commercial use of this product. But overall I’m happy with the product and the purchase. Looking to buy again the same after I install.Seller is also responsive and supportive of queries. Thank you.

   Good Features, But Needs Some Improvements

   I purchased the Razuvious Smart Lock (R1) to upgrade my home security with a keyless, smart system. I liked the idea of multiple access options like fingerprint, Bluetooth, and Alexa integration, but my experience has been mixed.Pros:Convenient fingerprint access works quickly.Multiple entry modes: IC card, anti-peep code, and app control.Works well with Alexa for voice commands.Sturdy 4585 mortise adds a sense of security.Cons:Bluetooth connection can be unreliable at times.Setup through the TT Lock App was a bit complicated.Occasional fingerprint misreads, especially with wet or oily fingers.My Conclusion:The Razuvious Smart Lock offers impressive features and solid build quality, but its software could use some refinement. While the fingerprint scanner and Alexa integration are convenient, occasional connectivity issues and setup challenges hold it back. It’s a good lock overall, but not as seamless as I had hoped.

    Difficult install, excellent function.

    Difficult installation, but since it’s been installed, it’s been great. We haven’t had any problems. Easy to set up, easy to add people.A few things:-Doors in the Gulf are predominantly metal and that made installation difficult. If my husband weren’t so handy with tools, I would’ve just brought a metal guy.-The rebound on the handle isn’t great after you open it.-In order to set multiple “passage” times (where it stays unlocked), you have to have a subscription to the app. You can only set one passage time without subscribing.-I wish someone had told me to think about how many locks I’m getting! I have one on the house and one on the gate and I wish I’d bought them from the same company so I could use just one app.
