Quality should be matter
I am very disappointed with the item I received. The quality is poor, particularly the battery life. I cannot use the item for longer than 10 minutes before it needs to be recharged. I received the item yesterday and would like to return it for a refund. This product does not meet my expectations and is not functional for my needs.
