1. Definitions

2. Seller Eligibility
To register and sell on RetKing.com, you must:

- Have a valid business registration, tax identification number, or equivalent, if applicable.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain its accuracy at all times.
3. Seller Obligations
- Compliance with Laws: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products and business practices comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Accurate Listings: All product descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.
- Inventory Management: Sellers must ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders promptly.

4. Prohibited Activities
Sellers are strictly prohibited from:

- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Manipulating reviews or feedback.
- Circumventing RetKing’s fee structure or policies.
5. Fees and Payments
- Commission: RetKing charges a commission on each sale, as detailed in the Vendor Agreement.
- Payment Schedule: Sellers will receive payouts on a regular schedule, as specified in the Seller Portal.
- Fee Changes: RetKing reserves the right to modify its fee structure with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
By listing products on RetKing.com, Sellers grant RetKing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product images, descriptions, and trademarks for promotional purposes.
7. Termination
- RetKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Seller’s account for violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
- Sellers may terminate their account by providing written notice to RetKing. Pending obligations must be fulfilled prior to termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
RetKing is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from the use of the Seller Portal.
- Disputes between Sellers and customers.
- Delays or interruptions in the Seller Portal due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Amendments
RetKing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the Seller Portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
