    Guy please invest your valuable money in the genuine product, what these sellers are selling is a refurbished cheap quality laptop, within the week I purchased charger exploded, keyboardstop working, sometime screen alsoflikering, poor web cam quality , i9 works like i3 laptop, battery latest only 1.5 hours, casing changed, I assume these laptop had been taken from the grabbage, and changed the look to sell it.Don’t waste your money on this cheap product guys

    Me preocupó el que no tuviera la “Ñ”, pero en cuento el vendedor me respondió diciéndome que te mandan un teclado con Ñ o sin ella según el país desde el que se efectúa la compra; me lancé a la compra.Desde el momento en que saqué el MacBook Pro 16” (2019) de la caja, su diseño ligero y elegante ya daba pistas de la calidad del producto. Su configuración fue rápida y sencilla, lo que hizo que en pocos minutos ya estuviera listo para trabajar sin complicaciones.Lo primero que destaca es su fluidez y potencia: tanto para tareas exigentes como edición de video, diseño gráfico o programación, este MacBook responde sin esfuerzo. La gran pantalla Retina de 16” ofrece colores vibrantes y una nitidez espectacular, lo que hace que trabajar largas horas sea un verdadero placer.Otro punto fuerte son sus altavoces. El sonido es potente, nítido y envolvente, algo que no suele encontrarse en portátiles, lo que convierte este equipo en una excelente opción para quienes disfrutan del contenido multimedia o necesitan un audio preciso para edición.Además, el display que se activa al escribir, sugiriendo la siguiente acción, es una gran ayuda extra que optimiza la experiencia de uso y mejora la productividad.     A huge improvement on the 15” model

    After an initial mix up where the seller sent the wrong item, this was resolved fairly quickly and I received the right model last week.I’m upgrading from a 13” model so this is a lovely piece of hardware and a big step up for my work flow as the 16” screen size will make working so much easier! Apple have reverted back to their butterfly keys again so the keyboard is a joy to use compared with the previous (early 2019) 15” model. Other improvements are the bigger screen, less bevels and the ESC key is back! Makes a big difference, despite it seeming like small incremental changes. I’m looking forward to using it.Note: as this is an Amazon Renewed purchase, the machines are slight seconds so may have some cosmetic imperfections, but they are very minor and in no way impede the performance of the laptop. My advice would also be to check the spec when you receive the item and contact the seller via Amazon if you have any questions as he’s quick to respond. The seller was very helpful when I realised I had been sent the wrong model by mistake and paid for the return of the wrong item when he sent me the right one. Good customer service 👍🏼
