The first product I received was not working. I returned it, and within two days, they sent another one. It’s a great iron box if you have more shaggy clothes. This iron box is a good choice.

I bought one for myself initially and a friend saw it, used it and loved it and then I bought for him and then another one and then another one like that… The plate is good and stays clean. The auto shutoff function works perfectly. The stem is also good.Just be careful not to drop it 😀 because I dropped it a few times from the iron board and it stopped working (but its my fault).

I bought this almost 2-years ago and it doesn’t heat up anymore.Also doesn’t have any attachment or part to wrap the cable on so it’s always dangling.

Not for the long haul
We’ve owned this iron for 14 months and it has already given out on us. It developed an electrical issue and caused it to make our electrical box trip. I am surprised that it did not last very long with how much we had to pay for this appliance.
