Me llego en caja generica y con cargador genérico, pero el equipo esta impecable! solo tenia un pequeño golpe en una orilla que casi ni se ve, ya olvide que ahi esta, es muy minimini ese golpe, pero encantado con la Touch Bar, me ayuda mucho a mi trabajo, a escribir, el sonido es increíble, y la pantalla igual. Recomiendo el producto, es rapido y cómodo, no pesa mucho

Sé que no era un producto nuevo pero leí varias opiniones muy buenas de otros compradores y por eso me animé a hacer mi pedido.La sorpresa al abrir la caja fue un cargador y cable genérico que ya estaba enterado.La mala experiencia es con la computadora, ya que se encuentra en pésimas condiciones estéticas y técnicas.Tiene todos las esquinas y bordes con raspones considerables, el marco de la pantalla no cierra bien, que está reseco el empaque que lleva el contorno de la pantalla, mucho desgaste en el teclado y los bordes, demasiado sucia, tiene mucho polvo y no se encuentra limpia como lo mencionan en su publicación, al revisar el estado de la batería me aparece la leyenda que agregué en las fotos la cual dice que ya se tiene que llevar a servicio por qué no funciona la batería.Me siento decepcionado de la compra que realicé por qué esperaba algo mucho mejor tomando en cuenta el precio

llego en tiempo y forma, la estetica es muy buena no tiene ningun golpe o rayon visible, solo que como a otros compradores me llego con un vinil por ambas partes (arriba y abajo) el cual esta un poco mal puesto, no entiendo el xq ponerle eso tengo dudas si sea porque tenga rayones en la tapa, la he probado un poco y funciona bien la verdad hasta el momento me siento comforme espero ponerla mas al extremo y ver como funciona.

I purchased this laptop for $741.99 on September 14, 2022. It sat in a drawer for 2 1/2 years as it’s locked to Clover Health LLC and I received no Administrative Password to do anything with this laptop. It is locked to where I can’t use it. I am very disappointed with this purchase. My first and last purchase of a refurbished item. The seller has not responded to my contacting Amazon. Buy at your own risk! I even stated on the phone with Apple in February for hours resetting the whole laptop. We wiped the hard drive clean and reset! Still the laptop is useless and locked to company mentioned above.
